Generate service user
The tutor or trainee clicks "Generate" to launch a service user scenario which calls the trainee's terminal

Answer call
The trainee answers the AI call just as they would in normal working conditions, and speaks back and forth with the AI caller

Practice learnt skills
The trainee uses your triage system to process the scenario details including: real life location, service user details and a realistic scenario

Audit and feedback
Once the call has completed, obtain the trainee is presented with relevant feedback and evaluation of their call handling and compliance with key indicators
